Ths model was created in the European Location Framework (ELF) project. It was created to a scale-independent data model built on INSPIRE Data Specifications. The ELF Data model is the key part of the ELF data specification. ELF application schemas are derived from the model and used to transform data, and finally to set up services according to the specification.
